Todd Susman is an American actor. On Futurama, he provided the voice of the DOOP camp's public address announcer in "War Is the H-Word", a reference to the role he had in M*A*S*H as one of the two never-seen P.A. announcers of the 4077th Mobile Army Surgical Hospital. Outside of Futurama and M*A*S*H, he is also known for recurring roles in Newhart and St. Elsewhere, and has appeared in minor roles in dozens of television shows and films since the 1970s. He has also done voice-over work for video games including the Soldier of Fortune series.
